Curious what the Hilton Special Events team has been up to lately? Over the past 12 months, the team produced a total of five conferences across the globe, hosting 7,000+ guests, with headline speakers and entertainers from our very own Paris Hilton to Katy Perry and Magic Johnson.

The key to a successfully executed event is great project management. I like to refer to project management as the glue between the events team and the stakeholders – the glue that holds everything together.
In August, the Hilton Events team traveled to Las Vegas for a planning meeting and site visit at Resorts World, our host hotel for the Americas Commercial Conference.
Once dates and locations have been solidified, locking down and contracting with the hotel and agency partners is a top priority.
