TERMS & CONDITIONS - MULTIPLY YOUR BENEFITS: For any booking confirmed by contract by December 31st, 2025. For any event taking place by March 31st, 2026; offer applicable in participating hotels only across EMEA; Non cumulative with any other promotion or offer; To qualify a meeting or event, planners must book ten (10) or more guest rooms/attendees on Peak ; customers will select only one (1 ) benefit out of the four (4) proposed benefits; the selected benefit should be specified on the contract, and within the specific conditions stated : one (1) in ten (10) attendees free on peak days and nights of the program only, and with a maximum of fifteen (15) complimentary rooms BB single occupancy and DDR (2 coffee breaks and lunch) based on the final confirmed number of attendees per peak day and night OR ten(10) % upgrade to the next rooms category – excluding suites- and VIP treatment (hotel’s selection) on the peak nights and within a thirty (30) rooms maximum per night OR two (2) complimentary breaks as per hotel selection of snacks and non alcoholic drinks OR complimentary branding in selected areas designated by the hotel on the basis of the size and meeting spaced booked for the event.
